Processing Time
All Green Reserve orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping — $10.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Free Standard Shipping — Orders $100.00 AUD and over
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery progress.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, odours or signs of wear
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, message us on Instagram within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please message us on Instagram as soon as possible with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will assess your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
